Heartland Toastmasters meets Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. at the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library, 1515 S.W. 10th Ave. It is a club of Toastmasters International, which is an organization that helps people develop good public speaking skills and leadership qualities.
